Something to read on a rainy day
Since 2008, Papercut has been offering a unique selection of exclusive magazines, books, movies and other things to people with particular interests such as fashion, art, literature, design, film, or music. This is the perfect stop when you want to pick something up for a rainy day.
Looking for a cultural shopping experience in Stockholm? What’s better than spending a day curled up on your couch with a good book, listening to the late summer rain pouring down? B.I.N.G.O.—absolutely nothing. We never leave Papercut empty-handed, because it’s just impossible to not find something you absolutely want (even if Amanda might say that we already have too many cookbooks or high-end lifestyle magazines carefully placed somewhere to be seen by our guests).
You’ll find Papercut on Krukmakargatan in Södermalm, right next door to hip and trendy stores like Nitty Gritty, Our Legacy, and Uniforms for the Dedicated. The owners’ ambition is to be the ultimate store for people who consider fashion, art, design, music, and film to be an important part of their life. One could say it’s the “hipster’s bookstore”, but that’s too easy. The nerdiness of this store is raw and beautiful, and you can be sure to find a book about something that you care deeply about—or the perfect gift for someone you care deeply about.
